Though we believe whole-heartedly in this open approach, it's necessary to separate our company into a few departments. Whether it's Customer Service or production, it takes everyone we have to make our clients look their best.

  • Accounting Department: Takes care of sending out invoices and statements, recieves payments, handles any questions regarding invoices

  • Art Department: Takes care of job layouts, logo designs, sending plates to the press, sending files to the copiers, faxing and emailing proofs to customers, reviewing incoming artwork to make sure it is print ready

  • Customer Service Department: Takes care on walk-in customers, copy jobs, bindery, answering phones, picking up and delivering jobs, makes sure every customer leaves satisfied with their job

  • Printing Department: It's a dirty job, but someone has to do it! This department takes care of plates for the press, mixing ink, printing jobs, cleaning the press, general maintenance of equipment, etc.

  • Sales Department: Takes care of quotes, taking new orders, keeping in touch with existing customers, ordering stock, invoicing jobs to customers, etc.
